User Agreement
This English translation is provided for convenience only; the Turkish version is binding. This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the person who uses or signs up to the Mell & Swipe website (the "Site", the "User") and of the company that runs the Site. By using or signing up to the Site, the User accepts this agreement.
1. Parties
The Site is run by Mell And Swipe E-Ticaret Otomobil Turizm Reklamcılık Kırtasiye İnşaat Emlak Av Malzemeleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company").

2. Membership
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over with legal capacity, and to authorized representatives acting for legal entities.
The User confirms that the details given when signing up and ordering are accurate and up to date, and is responsible for the consequences of wrong details.
Keeping the account password safe is the User's responsibility. A User who notices unauthorized use of the account tells the Company at once.
On corporate accounts, the person who opens the account declares that they are authorized to place orders and request quotes for the company.
3. The User's obligations
To use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with this agreement.
Not to use software, automated tools or methods that would stop or disrupt the Site, and not to try to access other users' accounts or data.
To hold the rights to the logos, images and texts uploaded for personalization; the User is responsible for any infringement of third parties' trademark, copyright or personal rights.
Not to request printing of unlawful, insulting or indecent content; the Company may refuse such requests.
4. The Company's rights and obligations
The Company may change the Site's content, products, prices and campaigns without notice; orders already placed are fulfilled on the terms at the time of ordering.
The membership of a User who breaches this agreement may be suspended or ended.
Due care is taken for the Site to run without interruption or error; interruptions may occur through maintenance, technical faults or causes outside the Company's control.
The User's personal data is processed in line with the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy and Security Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The rights to the designs, logos, texts, images, videos and software on the Site belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the Company's written permission.
6. Orders
Orders placed on the Site are governed by the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement; the return, exchange and delivery terms are set out in their own texts.
7. Changes and termination
The Company may change this agreement by publishing it on the Site; changes take effect on the day they are published.
The User may end their membership at any time by writing to info@mellandswipe.com. Ending the membership does not cancel the rights and obligations arising from orders not yet completed.
8. Disputes
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
