Delivery Terms

1. Delivery area

Orders are shipped to addresses throughout Türkiye by our partner shipping company.

2. Delivery time

• Products that are not personalized are prepared and shipped once the payment is confirmed.

• For personalized products, the production time is added after you approve the design; it is shown in the order summary.

• In every case, delivery takes no longer than the legal limit of 30 days from the order confirmation. If there is a delay, we let you know, and you can cancel your order and get your payment back if you wish.

3. Shipping cost

Any shipping cost is shown separately at the payment step and in the order summary, and added to the total.

4. Tracking

When your order is shipped, the tracking details are sent to you by email; you can also follow your order in the My orders section of your account.

5. Receiving the package

• The package is handed to the Buyer, or to a person at the delivery address.

• If a package looks damaged on delivery, do not accept it and have the courier write a report.

• If no one is at the address, the shipping company leaves a notice; a package that is not collected comes back to us and we contact you.

6. Corporate orders

For corporate and wholesale orders placed through a quote, the delivery date and place are set in the quote; delivery to several addresses is planned with the quote.
