Distance Sales Agreement
This English translation is provided for convenience only; the Turkish version is legally binding. Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, this agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for orders placed on the Mell & Swipe website.

2. Buyer
The Buyer is the person who enters their first and last name, delivery and billing address and contact details when placing the order. These details appear in the order summary and on the invoice.
3. Subject of the agreement
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products the Buyer orders electronically on the website, with the features and sale price shown in the order summary.
The type, quantity, color and personalization options of the products and the total price including taxes are shown on the order confirmation page and in the email sent to the Buyer.
4. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address given by the Buyer within 30 days of the order confirmation at the latest.
For products with custom printing or engraving, the production time is stated separately in the order summary.
A package found damaged on delivery should not be accepted, and the courier should be asked to write a damage report.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
The withdrawal notice is sent in writing to the Seller's email address within this period. The Seller refunds the product price to the Buyer's payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.
Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products personalized at the Buyer's request (with a name, logo, print or engraving).
6. Payment and refunds
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer; bank terms apply to installment payments.
Refunds are paid back to the Buyer using the original payment method; for card payments, the time it takes to reach the account depends on the bank.
7. Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or the Seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accept all terms of this agreement.
