Preliminary Information Form

This English translation is provided for convenience only; the Turkish version is legally binding. Under article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, this form informs the Buyer about the seller, products, prices, delivery and the right of withdrawal before the order is confirmed.

2. Products and prices

The main features, quantity and sale price including taxes of the ordered products are shown on the cart and order summary pages.

Any shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary and added to the total. The prices shown are valid until the order is placed.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer and mail order for corporate customers.
Delivery is made by courier to the address given by the Buyer; it cannot take longer than 30 days from the order confirmation.
For personalized products, the production time is added to the delivery time and stated in the order summary.

4. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. In that case the product is sent back to the Seller unused and in resalable condition.

There is no right of withdrawal for products prepared especially for the Buyer with a name, logo, print or engraving.

5. Complaints and applications

You can send your requests and complaints to info@mellandswipe.com. In case of a dispute, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
